My refrigerator the top that the freezer it gets cold but the bottom of it doesn't wanted to see what should I do?

If this is a self defrosting model, the defrost timer heater went bad. It's either the defrost timer switch or the defrost heater element. One or the other will cause your fridge to act like that.
