Does no legal custody mean no financial responsibility?
My son recently damaged someone else's vehicle. My husband and I are legally separated and I have sole physical and legal custody due to some abuse. Is my husband still financially responsible for decisions my son makes or do I have to brunt all of it alone?

That's an interesting question. But under normal circumstances " legal " custody is a provision to make decisions on the child's daily life. Like School, Doctors etc. As far as wrongful doing is concerned then yes he would still be responsible. Just as he would still be responsible for child support.
