Install rotary switch temp on GE Dryer
I have a GE dryer DBSR453EB2WW and I need to replace the rotary switch temp (part WE4M267). My dryer has 4 temp settings, my dryer has less wires and the switch has less plug in points than the replacement part that I received. Looking at the back of the switch, my switch has one plug in prong at the top, one on the left in the middle, and three place to plug starting from the left. The replacement switch has one at the top middle, one on each side in the middle of the back of the switch, and 4 plug-in spots on the bottom of the switch evenly spaced all the way across. How do I plug in my wires to the new switch?

    Thank you

    Bill

Are you sure you got the correct part?
