What should I do. I think he is moving WAY too fast for a middle school relationship. We have only been going out for almost a week and my friends and his friends are telling me that he wants to kiss me! I AM NOT READY FOR THAT!! I feel like I barely know him because we don't talk much because he's shy and I'm shy. How do I tell him that I'm not ready to kiss yet with out hurting his feelings too much? I'm fine with hugging though, but not kissing yet. :confused:

You either just tell him or when you see that he is trying to kiss you, you can duck and only offer him your cheek.

Tell him how you feel. Never let a guy force you to do something you aren't comfortable with.

You sound like a very mature girl and a very smart one. I wish you could tell me in a few years how your life has turned out. I think it will be great if you continue to make smart decisions like the one you have made about kissing.
