    Signing rights
He was never married to her, he was 18 when she told him she was pregnant. She took off for a while and then came back she brought over a piece of paper and he signed it, afterwards he was allowed to have visitation rights with his mother, so he still got to see her after, and then one day she decided she didn't want him to see her. Now she refuses to let him contact her. She is not married but she has a boyfriend who has been there for a while now. He only went to court for leagal custody and visitations rights, and child support. But he never went to court for the paper he signed. What exactly could he do right now?

Unless someone adopted the child in his place, chances are that piece of paper is worthless. If he wants visitation, he needs to go to court and request it. Was the court ordered custody order ever modified? If not, it is still in effect and she cannot legally refuse him his ordered rights.

Is he currently paying support? How long has it been since he has seen his child? What did the paper say?
