    Car insurance claim
I had a car accident two years ago and my car insurance has gave me a lot of trouble paying the hospital bills, my daughter got injury and now she is blind her last name is her father but in time of the accident I gave my married last name to her. We taking the case to court will that mean that she will not get any money because I didn't declare her with her legal last name? Do I have to change her last name so that she can get the money she deserve? She is a minor. Thank you

If you are taking the case to Court you have an Attorney and the Attorney will explain this to you. Why did you give an incorrect last name? This could be seen as some type of insurance fraud and you will have to explain it.

Basically she's the same person - the question is why the two identities.
