My friend(Army, 19 at the time) was married overseas in Korea to a Philapino teanager. They had a child and he went back to the States. It has been years now and there has been no contact from the girl. My friend has tried to contact her but could not. Now years latter wants to see how to divorce or have the marriage annulled.

He needs to hire a divorce attorney, it should be possible to get a divorce if the women can not be located

Try to locate a Korean embassy or consulate here in the U.S. They can advise your friend on how to proceed.
