    My homeboy has a crazy babymoma she sont want him around the baby will not up hold there visitation order he wants to sign over his rights to the mother how could he go abou doing that?

    He can't. If you bothered to read the stickynote at the tp of this forums that says Read me First, or any of the hundreds of similar threads, you would know that getting a termination of parental rights is not easy. Generally they are only granted to clear the way for an adoption.

    If he wants to see his child then fight to do so.

    Your homeboy is being lied to, he can not just "sign over his rights" and even if for some reason he was allowed, he still has to write the child support check each month.

    What he does, stop messing around the mother, go back to court to see the child, not to see the mother.

    If she does not do her part, take her back to court,
