I have been taking hydrocodone 7.5 / APAP 500 for a few years. My pharmacy was out so he gave me 10 (to hold me over) gave me hydrocodone 10 / APAP 325. They are not helping me & I was thinking if I an take a tylenol with this to help the pain.

Call your Pharmacist and ask.
APAP is Tylenol. The regular strngth is 325 mg and the recommended directions is 2 tablets every 4-6 hours ot 650 mg.
Adding 325 mg (1 tablet) to your 10 hydrocodone/ 325 mg APAP would give you 10/650 mg which should be fine but stronger.
Please make your own determination or consult with a pharmacist.
