Hey I dyed my hair black quite a while ago now and it is now a mediam brown how do I get it to go lighter quickley?

Hair dyes fade, but there's a limit to how much it will fade. I think it's likely that your hairi won't fade any more. If you wish it to fade further, you will probably have to use a color remover (ColorFix, Color Oops, Color Zap, Color Charm Color Corrector, or Igora Phantom. Don't use bleach or Effasol). You may have to re-dye after you use one of these -- probably with a lighter color.

If your hair is naturally dark, you should also expect the hair to get redder or more auburn. If you want it lighter than that, you'll have to bleach it.
