Frequent Urination, Mood swings, Fatigue, itchy nipples, mild cramping on the lower right side of the my pelvic region, mild nausea in the mornings and in some evenings, bloating, headaches, and it was 64 in my house this morning and I was hot(I was even wearing summer pj's).

Yes, it's possible that you're not pregnant. Pregnancy "symptoms" are very similar to PMS. Just take another test if you haven't gotten your period in a week.
