    Honda's, dodge, etc
I notice most of the information is about Honda's. My vehicle is a Dodge Ram Van 1992. For the most part; I will send my son to read on these, for he has a 1988 Honda Accord that needs the racknpinion..? Replaced. It was an accident waiting to happen. He totally lost steering now.
Anyway, I hate to have you re-list some of the same info you've already supplied but I wonder what the fuse layout is for my vehicle. I didn't notice a diagram for it in the glovebox. I purchased it used and no book came with it. I could probably order one, right? Course there's no telling what all has been done or changed on it. It's a conversion van. When checking the fuses it would be helpful to know which one goes to what...
Since I've had it, I've noticed a problem with the windows. There's a short somewhere. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't; when the vehicle is running. When they don't; there's a light that comes on the dash that says- brakes! I can turn it off and back on- most of the time- and the window will work. If able- I just turn it to the ON position and they work.
Soooo, that's two questions, I suppose:o Fuse layout, and short
    Thanks

Sorry, I don't have a fuse layout for your van. Likely, you would need a Shop Manual for your vehicle. Window problems can be trying. You are pretty much on your own with them.

Your son's rack and pinion failure is why I recommend changing the power steering fluid regularly. They are pretty trouble-free, until BANG! Then, you had better have a lot of money in your checking account.

You can go out and buy a Chiltons manual for your van. It will contain all sorts of useful information on maintenance and repair of it. Including a wiring factory diagram.
