My bank account was ceased 2 years ago for a loan I had in 98.can they ceas my same account more then 1 time?

Do you mean seized? If so, if a judgement is still in force than yes.

Agreed, if it is seized though a judgement, first I am surprised it was ever lifted, but yes, they may come back anytime there is money in that account, even other bank accounts if they have a judgement
