    Disclosure statement?
My boyfriend and I are having house built from the ground up and had to sign a disclosure statement and in that statement it stated that the front yard landscaping and wing fencing came with the house. We went to the design studio yesterday and they said that we had to pay $3400 for the front yard landscaping and $700 for the fencing..

So, we brought this up to our sales lady and she said opps I am sorry I gave u the wrong disclosure that is the old one. And proceeded to tell us that it was not included and told us we had to sign another disclosure...

Does the builder have to stand by the original disclosure? Please help I would like to know how to go about this!

Then they are obligated to the contract, just as you would be.

If they did this in error they will need to address that with their own staff.

But if you have a signed agreement that they will provide this, inform them that it is required

What Chuck said. Tell them you plan on following through on your contractual obligations and you expect them to follow through with theirs.
