Have you cut back on eating ? Having smaller portions then you normally do and changed how you eat? If you reduce your calories and exercise, one cancels out the other. In other words, less calories more exercise equals weight loss.

Hi TD. Boy my heart goes out to you and anyone else having this frustrating problem. I don't know if you read any of the other threads about how to or best way to lose weight. They may be helpful to you. I sure hope so. I am having the very same problem you are. I'm doing a lot of cardio and dieting properly, not starving, but well under 2000 calories a day. A lot of the times I've tried to even have between 900-1200 calories a day WITH much exercise. I've been stuck for a good year now. For me personally, I think I just have to accept the weight I'm at is as far as I can go. What stinks is, as you get older, the weight is even harder to lose. I have no medical problems either that would cause me to actually gain weight sometimes even with strict diet and exercise and I'm not talking about muscle weight gain. I hope you are one of the more fortunate ones. So try and check out some of the other threads in this section/weight loss. I do hope that something will help you. I can't say I've given up. I just have to accept that there is nothing more I can do. Liposuction is out of the question too. I just try my best not to let it get me down. Best of luck to you and I feel for you.

You need to burn more calories than you take in to lose weight. So make sure you are trying to eat healthier foods.. nothing fried, as little sugar as possible. How long have you been working out?
