    Early pregnancy cause cramping?
We have been having unprotected sex for a month now trying to get pregnant. If conception happened, can it be causing me to have some cramping off and on each day?

Sadly pregnancy symptoms are often very similar to pms symptoms. The only sure way to know that you are pregnant is to wait until your period is overdue and then take an hpt using first morning urine.

The cramping could be because you are ovulating, or because your period is about to start etc. etc.

Are you overdue for your period right now? Have you taken an hpt?

Wait until you are overdue, around 1 week after your period was supposed to come, then do an hpt. Make sure to use first morning urine as that is the most accurate.

It's really too early to tell at this point.

    Good luck.
