    Character evaluation
I submitted for my real estate license over a year ago, and was denied application because I failed to provide adequate information. I sent them criminal, licenses, and all I had, but they still denied my application. Now they asked I submit for their character evaluation. This is my question, how can they judge when they are all ?

    Hello sapo:

How can they judge?? Because the law says they can. This isn't the place to discuss whether they SHOULD be able to judge or not.

However, instead of asking the rhetorical question; how can THEY judge, I'd be asking how you can get them to judge YOU favorably. It might be too late for that now.
