    Probation violation
I want to know I'm on probation for only 4 monthes that's it for a simple escape charge but I wanted to know if this would violate my probation if I got into it with my girlfriend and it was after my curfew and we got into a fight and she gave the police state ments? Would they have any thang to do with that and they have no proof of any thang but her muddy clothes and what she said to them??

If she can prove what she says, yes, it matters and you have violated. Or, for that matter, if the Police BELIEVE her - it will go forward and you will have a hearing.

Dude, when you are on probation, you got to be careful about everything. Littering or loitering is a violation. The best thing to do is call your probation officer and tell him everything. It's a good thing its not parole, they would throw you back in prison for a domestic dispute.

If you report this "police contact" to your PO and state the facts, there should be no violation as you were not charged with anythng.

What is a "simple escape charge"? Please define that.
