Do performance chips really work?

They can but, in my opinion, most people should hold onto their wallets instead. I only know one Texas A&M engineer, who's extremely good with cars, that is really happy with his. He races Mustangs. Other ranchers that I know, who put them in diesel F-350s, are disappointed.
