Hi there, I am 27 female from India settled in Bahrain. My height is 168cm. I have put on too much of weight during my pregnancy I have been always health and chubby before my pregnancy my weight was 70kgs. Ones I got pregnancy in first 4month it self I put-on 8kgs and then in total I put-on 34kgs. I had a normal delivery and my baby is healthy. After my delivery 2months I lost 10kgs automatic that doctor said happens after delivery. But again I stated putting on weight and now after one year my weight is 100kgs and my belly is hanging. I look ugly and facing body pain and backache problem. I am still breastfeeding my baby. I never did any exercises or dieting in my life but now I desperately need to reduce my weight can anyone send me the best diet chat and exercises which should not be hard to start and can give effective benefits. Can I know if I can use china’s green tea which we get in grocery shop for sliming.

Just start by doing 30 minutes of exercise 4 days a week, 3 rest days. It can be walking or cleaning the house as long as it brings up a sweat :)

You should notice some results after a week.

As Miss Dee suggested, do start some daily exercise. Take baby out for a walk... start for short times and build up as you feel more fit.

Some sort of exercise for thirty minutes a day is a good start. Watch what you eat... cut back a bit, but not too much since you are still breastfeeding, and make sure you making healthy food choices. Green Tea is fine in moderation, but you don't want too much because of the caffeine amount in it.

If following an actual program might work for you, Weight Watchers has a very good one designed for breastfeeding mothers.
