Hi my names Sev and I have a 7 months old baby girl I've been on and off with my boyfriend for 2 years and now were over for good. He wants to take me to court because I won't let him take our daughter to his mothers house which is an hour from were I live plus his mother is not someone I want around my daughter.

My ex has a crimal history and a drug history as well and his "friends" are all drug additcks I don't want him to have her without supervission because I don't want these people around her.

He also has another child in which his mother got access to see her in the 2 years I was with him I never saw any money pass hands from him to his other daughters parent he does not supprot her and has not supported me for at least 4-5 months now.

I will give him access to see her but only under the supervission of my sister and her partner can it be arranged through the courts for this to happen because I've already asked him and its not good enough for him he wants her to stay up at his mums on the weekends he doesn't look after his first child which is 6yo my daughter is still on a bottle I'm not going to leave her with someone who can't take care of a more indapendant child.

Please help.

Battle it out in court because he has to prove you're an infant mother for custody.

He can take you to court for visitation and it will be up to the judge rather or not if the visits are to be supervise.

Also, I hope your getting child support if not petition the court for that too.

In the future be careful who you have a baby with because it is obivious he wasn't the best choice and no matter you've to deal with him for at least until your child is 18. It would be good if the two of you can settle your differences for the sake of the child. Best of luck!

Have you been to court at all? If not, you need have a court set custody, visitation and support. If you can prove the drug abuse and criminal history, you have a good chance of getting supervised visits only.

But liz is right, it sounds like you knew of the drug use and criminal history before you made a baby. Why you would even be with such a loser is beyond me.

He stopped all of it when I got with him then after I fell pregnant he got mixed bak up with those people he can't do drugs anymore its made him really sick and he has to take meds 4 it but I thought he was gana change mainly because he said he would and I believed him obviously I can't change what has happened but I can try and keep my daughter away from it I did know of his history but he did fix himself up for a while but then he went bak

First I am issue a warning to you for your chat talk, you were asked to stop and then came back worst. I guess you have no respect or such poor education you don't know how to spell.

So I will use this as a issue, if you show such disrespect to court and will not follow court rules, your ex is likely to get custody.

As to the answer, first no your sister will not be the "supervisor" most likely, most courts at least locally here require you to use a non related person, normally a center set up just to supervise visits.

Next unless he is currently using drugs, he is likely to get over night visits, so expect him to win some visits, if not at first at least after several months of good supervised visits.

As for as child support, if you have not been to court to get a order for child support, he does not owe any,

You are expecting to get everything with him nothing, sorry it will not work that away unless you can prove with evidence that the child will be in danger
