My 80 pound lab ate an entire turkey carcass. I do not know if she chewed it well or not. What signs or Symptoms would indicate something is wrong? Is there something I should do?

Was the turkey a cooked turkey or a carcass found outdoors?
If it was cooked then please keep an eye out for constipation, blood in her stool, lethargy, and any other signs of distress. The problem with bones from cooked foul is that it can splinter and cause internal damage.
If the turkey wasn't cooked you have less to worry about bone wise. Raw foul have more flexible bones and it's less likely that the bone will do damage to a dog. The only thing I'd be concerned about is disease in the bird transmitting to your dog.
Have you called your vet? It may be a good idea to have your dog checked.
Good luck.
