So the last time I had sex (protected) was the 4th of last month. I got my period February 13th, this month I still haven't gotten it and it's the 20th. Not likely... you used protection and you had a regular period afterwards. Since you have a history of irregular cycles, more than likely that is what is going on. Could you be pregnant?. sure. You could always try a pregnancy test and see what results you get.
