Need to ask someone about child custody.here goes,I got full custody of my five year old son due to a default hearing.we are now going back to court because his mother wants full custody.what I want to ask is how can she not show up for court and now she can take me back to court? I have had our son living with me amosite amosite.

You need to discuss this with your attorney, but either party can re-file and re-file to admin various motions and rulings.

Over 18 years with my ex we were at court at least once a year till the kids were about 15 ( and it only stopped then since she died)

So she can take you back, then you take her back and so on and so on until the children are raised.
