I was recently pulled over for going the wrong-way on a one way... im on probation and was also charged with fail to comply with restrictions on my license. I had been drinking but passed the physical test so he said he wasn't going to charge me with a dui but still needed me to blow on the breathalizer to see if I wasn't over the limit and couldn't drive home I blew a .081 so he didn't let me drive home but I repeat I did not get a dui. Will I be violated for failure to comply with the restrictions on my license and what is the worst that could happen?

All depends on your PO. But most likely you will be in violation since it will be reported that you were suspected DUI, even though no arrest was made. You do know that you must contact your PO when ANY contact with law enforcement has been made?
