My boyfriend has been in a chid custody battle for 13 months.they are going to court Monday.4 days before court the mom decided she was going to file a cont. And draw the process out even longer.the son has adhd when she had him he missed 42 days of school,he is doing so much better now goes to school everyday.and he acts better all around.do you think the judge will grant the cont.the mom says it is her right to have a lawer.and it is.but she has had over a year to get one.what do you think the out come will be?

The gal has continued this 3 times because the mother has not gotten paprework in on time and so on.

Its possible that the motion will be denied. When the motion is presented, have his lawyer object and point out that she is just stalling.
