I am divorced and my ex husband wanted no part of the house. Our divorce papers indicate that and states that I need to do a quit claim deed. I have no idea how to do that and need some guidance.

Your attorney that did your divorce should have had it prepared and your husband sign it at the divorce settlement.

You would have your attorney, a real estate attorney or a title company do one for you.
