First he'll have to get the theft/forgery charge out of the way and then if he's guilty he'll sit in jail. I seriously doubt if he's going to get probation for his probation violation.
Did the forgery crime happen before he got on probation
And if so, how did he get probation with a warrant out for him?
But it is very possible that either way he will not get his probation given back,
Don't stress, know what's ahead. First of all, it's up to the judge. The fact that he has an existing warrant out on him doesn't look good at all. Most people usually think the worst when it comes to a warrant & in fact it could have been a major or minor reason (meaning it could have been something/crime the person actually committed or as little as missing probations appointments which doesn't make it incorrect; it was still something done wrong). It appears he will do jail time. It is still up to the judge weather or not he will be put back on probation). The judge could decide to give him time for both and cancel the probation all together. It is out of your hands. Again this is Florida law.
