    MissDanielle
    Shaking when I bend over
I gave my boxer a bath today, and I was bent over the whole time ovcourse.
When I finally stood up I had a bad pain in my lower back,
And now every time I bend over I start shaking very badly
My brother says that's how he felt before he had a seizure
Am I about to have one?

    I'm only 16

U should definitely see a doctor and fast, I wouldn't call it a normal thing.

Tell your parents and go to an emergency room if only to quell your fears. This is not normal but you've probably just strained your back and upset a nerve. However, if there's a family history you have to have the seizure thing eliminated.

I am 44 but when I was your age I had serious medical worries but was afraid to do anything about it so I kept my stress to myself, and truly I was quite ill and my waiting made things much worse. When I finally passed out in the front hall and my parents couldn't revive me, well - my secret was out. It cost a lot of stress on my parents that would have been less if I'd just said, "I feel really weak and dizzy and I think I should get checked out right away - it feels like more than a minor thing". Once I did, I found out I had a problem with my red blood cells that was a hassle for a while but ultimately we solved the problem and I've been healthy since.

Never ignore your gut feeling that something is not right with your health. Always be proactive, and know that they often find nothing but even then, you should be glad you checked it out - it's totally the right thing to do.

Take care hon and go tell your folks to take you to the hospital. It will be fine but problems are best understood when evaluated in the light... hiding doesn't help!
