5 yr old male yorkie - was wonderfully house trained on a wee wee pad

Last 3 weeks or so - he is pooping in the room where his pad is... but on the rug.

I reprimand him, he gets sad... but does it again.

He is peeing fine on the pad? What's going on...

First off, how do you "reprimand" him?

I tell him 'no no' with a firm voice..
