What Makes you a career criminal
In the state of TN how many felonies do you need to become a career criminal? And is it a bad idea to go to trial if you have 8 o r9 people wanting to testify against you because the feds are lowering there sentence if they do, however you were never caught with anything

    Hello m:

The term "career criminal" isn't a LEGAL term, so I wouldn't know how to define it. Besides, if you're being charged by the feds, then TN law doesn't count in any case.

It's NOT a bad idea to go to trial if they can't prove you did anything. If they can, then I wouldn't go.

Do you want to go to trial? Depends... did you commit the crime? If you did, a trial is the last place you want to be.

If you have 8 or 9 people testifying against you, you HAVE been caught with something.
