How would you get a record expunged with two felonys on it

Generally it's only one felony that can be expunged and that's after no other criminal activity for at least 10 years.

Unless this was a conviction of one event and you got two convictions from one event it is not going to happen.

You get a felony explunged by showing you have went a number of years without getting into any other trouble, so if you got into trouble after the first event, they will not normally even consider any request for it.
