    Commission pay
If I am only scheduled two days a week in the office to see clients (monday and friday) for a set commission, can my boss take one of those days away from me when he is in a bad mood? He did not let me see any clients on Monday because he was upset about where I hung a picture. I have called the DOL but they have not called me back. I am trying to find employment else where but we all know how easy that is right now.

Please some one help me with this question

This is not a good situation and yes, I would suggest you find other employment.

The Department of Labor will have to help you with this as they are the enforcing government agency.

Hi, your boss can do anything he wants unless you have a contract or are a union member.

You less you have a written contract the boss can lay you off, change the days you are to work anytime they want to.
