Well I had a few dark spots on the side of my lip, so I used pigmanorm, a cream containing hydroquionine and treitin but that made it even worse and created a huge and ugly dark patch or scar, my dermatologist then prescribed me TRIO-A, also a cream but its having no effect, so I tried usng glutathionine soap on it but that made my skin go red and caused a tingly feeling, is there any thing you can suggest for the patch to disappear please, I'm desperate!!

HMMM maybe you should try Fair and White exclusive serum. I experience the same problem and used the same prescription you used. Nothing helped but the Fair and White Exclusive serum in the gold box but that seems to be the only area it worked on my face.
