I think my boyfriend was infected,because 2 days after we did sex during my first day of menstruation he had a yellowish discharge on his penis. I'm very sure that we don't have other sex partners, but why did it happen? He doesn't feel any pain except for having a discharge.. what medicine should to be taken?

If he has any kind of discharge he has to go to his doctor to be checked out and prescribed.
