My husband just poured a pea gravel porch yesterday and where the forms are didn't turn out guite right. When we removed the forms, there were holes and what looked like not enough mortar to hold some rocks together which resulted in about 3 or 4 spots with a hole not quite the size of a golf ball. Can we fix this with qwickcrete or some sort of epoxy? Need any kind of help or suggestions. Its also been raining here and its supposed to freeze tonight.

Can you describe this porch in more detail? Was it just leveled pea gravel or is it pressed into concrete?

So I am guessing these pockets are on the sides where the forms were, right? You can patch but the damage is done and a better patch can be made once the weather is warmer. Prime the pocket with cement adhesive or a creamy mix of portland and water and then fill with concrete. Push the pea gravel in after an hour.

What kind of cement adhesive, can you give me the name of the product and where I can get it?

Here is one but ths is a bit more than you need. Lambert concrete adhesive: Lambco Primer Product Description Just Google the words concrete primer and see what you find.

So is this not a permanent patch job, if not what will we need to do when its warmer

I feel its better to patch concrete patch when all of the slab is more even tempered. Freeze tonight but , in the sun , the slab could be 60 degrees tomorrow. I just don't do patches when its cold and wet, warm and dry makes a better bond. Permanent, well not quite as long as the slab but many years.

If its supposed to freeze tonight you better get some plastic lay it on the crete and throw a couple of inches of straw on it. NEVER let concrete freeze within a week to week and a half.
You can loose the top here.

If its raining on it and then freezes you may ending tearing it all out by next year. COVER quick!!
