Hi 'help' .Could you please tell me if I could use vinyl transfers or some kind of waterproof panel measuring about 12 inches high and about 4 feet in length or any other ideas?? due to my plumber not fitting tray properly. So as result when walked on. Silicon seal broken water has got to back of wetwall taking some laquer of making it look patchy. Also bits at bottom of wetwall has come away from wall.plumber says now tray has been sorted & everything sealed wetwall will dry & go back in.but I don't think so.

I think we may need to to take another shot at describing the issue or maybe some picturs. What does "tray has been sorted " mean in this case? If the shower pan was improperly installed you may need to look for another plumber, this one doesn't seem to know his job. Was it a licensed plumber or a handyman?

Hi the licensed plumber also my son's friend installed my power shower. Tray. Wetwall. Everything was great for 1st 2 weeks then water was coming down from ceiling.the reason was plumber never packed shower tray that's sits about 10" from ground. As a result of this tray moved when having shower. So that meant the silicon seal that was round wetwall & shower tray was broken causing water to get into back of wetwall plumber has now packed shower & sealed everything again so now tray doent move.but some bits of the wetwall laquer has come of & I was hoping to cover these bits up but I don't know what to use so I need advice what I can get that's waterproof. Hope you can help. Thanks

I am afraid I have to stick with my original comment, this plumber doesn't know how to do his job. A properly installed shower pan doesn't just move once its installed. The pan was not set correctly. I am afraid that we are likely from two different countries and will have difficulty understand everything. I have no clue what you mean by a wetwall. What type of material is your shower stall?

yes I agree about plumber. Wetwall is like sheet of waterproofboard that has a painted laquer finish that comes in colour of your choice. When finished showering you just use dry cloth to wipe down an alternative to tiles. Shower stall I think the material is aluminium. Thanks
