There's no way to tell. There are lots and lots of factors that go into it and we don't know ANY of them. I'm talking about factors such as which state you live in, because the laws are all different, his prior criminal record, how good of a lawyer he has, how mean the prosecutor is, how much the cops hate him, and many many more.
