I129 petition is canceled by employer due to any reasons, what is the on employee.
    Hi All,

I have selected for H1B visa process by an us company in March 2007. They filed my case in April 2007. My case is approved in US and I got I129 document. I went to the Chennai consulate in 2008, but the Visa officer is asked Employer details and he gave me the blue form.

I was asked so many times to my employer by he is not responding to my mails. Finally I came to know that my employer is trying to cancel my H1B petition.

My question "If he canceled my H1B petition, does it creates any problem in future when I applied for another H1B or L1"

I was really confused the what to do now??

Please let me know your suggestions on this issue.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Veerendra.
