I have this friend who was on probation and took a plea bargain with the prosecuter for pulling a gun on 3 men who entered his house and molested his sister and beat up his mom. Hey got in trouble when the police were called. Got probation, while still on probation he went over to one of those guys friends house and was trying to ask how it all happened, about his sister, it turned out bad, there was an argument followed by a fight, now there is warrants out for his arrest for home invasion and assult, my question is, how does this work, if he doesn't turn himself in will the warrants expire and the probation violation go away after 10 years. Please help me, so I can tell him something!
