    Trying to conceive
I have been trying to conceive now for a couple months and I tracked my ovulation period and the days I would be most fertile to try and conceive. So we did the deed every day at least 3 times a day and noticed the next day after that I had very light spotting when in the bathroom, I checked a little later to see if I was still spotting and there was nothing there I have no idea what's going on this has never happened before. Please Help:confused:

U should give somemore details i.e.. age and marriage , for a healthy couple it takes six to 1 years time so need not worry,, stress and worry is also a cause for late pregnancy so be calm and wait till the day comes...

Having intercorse daily is not recommended a day after day is right as it decreases your hubbys sperm count .

Yes, it takes six months to a year for most to conceive when trying.

Again, more details. Your age, have you ever been on birth control, if you have what kind and how long ago did you stop.

Having sex every night is not a good idea. As the poster said above, it tends to lower the sprem count. Every other night is better. Make sure he wears boxers not briefs, make sure he stays out of the "heat." He should avoid places like hot tubs and saunas right now.

However, from what I read of your post this is normal. You may be having sex too often or too rough. Just go slow.
