My husband left me at first he had no contact with me for about 7 weeks, then he started ringing me and he wanted me to go and see him, which I did and we ended up spending a week together. When we parted I asked when I was likely to see him again and he said next week, He has rung me a couple of times since then but he was at my daughters which is just around the corner from where I am and has not asked to see me. I am getting so confused as to what he wants. When we were together it was like we were still together as he was calling me darling etc. What is going on with him?

He's using you. He wants a safety net. As long as he CAN string u along, he WILL. He may not be totally sure that he wants the person that he is currently in a relationship with; and as long as he knows that you haven't moved on and are waiting for him to come back, you are enabling him to use you; this enables him to have you both and he will never be trulx yours again. If he wanted to leave you this time, even if he did come back, he knows that he can leave any time he wants without losing you. HE made the decision, now it is up to you to cut the strings that bind you so you can move on with your life and properly concentrate on your kids again. I know you love him still and it hurts, but you can never truly be happy like this, you could never trust him again, and you deserve to have someone in your life that KNOWS how special you are to him and is committed to you.

My husband didn't leave me for someone else and there is no one else. My husband has been abusive towards me in our marriage,and the children I have are not to him, we have been married for 6 years. He just seems to run hot and cold. I have not run after him or contacted him in anyway and don't intend too.
