My dishwasher will not fill with water and will not run through the cycle? Not sure what is wrong.

You need to check if there is power getting to the machine. Then you need to track down why if it is not getting power. Then if it is getting power you will need to use a meter and find out where or what is stoping the power fro getting to the timer.
