I have been in US since Aug 2006 on F1 Visa. In year 2008, until June 30th I was in Iowa and got my wages from there. Since July 1, I have moved to Atlanta for my job and have been there since then. I had no income from Iowa since then.
I understand that I have to fill state taxes for 2 states. My question is, do I have to fill the supplemental form
That talks of partial year resident or partial year resident credit ?
