    Which form 1040nr or 1040
    I am a L1 visa holder . I arrived usa on 15th April 2005 ,I was there for full 2006 and 2007
    I left usa on 11th January 2008 . So which return should I file for 2008 1040nr or 1040.

    Dual Status.
    Resident up to Jan 11, 2008 and then nonresident.
