My Dashund is sick his tail started looking like something chewed on it so I locked him up and doctored his tail so I could monitor it, I gave him wormers and bathed him and then I worked hard to get his weight back up so then we let him go back outside and now his tail is in the same shape but worse, and he is back in this room and now he is convulsing I can't get him to a vet until tomorrow what is wrong with him?

Take him to an emergency clinic - which you should have done some time ago. If he's convulsing you need to know whatever it takes.

I have problems believing this is a real post - my spidey senses are tingling.

Ok there isn't an emergency clinic anywhere near me! My vet is a whole other county over. He wasn't even acting sick! He has been fine and his tail healed up really well. He was looking really good until today when his tail was eaten up worse than last time and he was starting to get balding ears which was odd because it wasn't like that yesterday and I was at work all day today and when I got home I let him in to feed him (because if I don't feed him away from my other 2 dogs he doesn't eat properly) so the other dogs show no signs of this condition they are large breed dogs though and he is a weiner dog. I don't know what is wrong with him I have never seen anything like this before!

Take him to the nearest emergency clinic now. Even if you have to drive all night and miss work tomorrow. If he is convulsing, that's probably very serious.
