This has been driving me absolutely crazy for the past few years!! I am looking for the title and artist of a song whose chorus goes something like:"butterflies all over me, whenever you're around. I get this feeling ohh this special feeling that makes me wanna sing". I know the song came out about the year 2000. I think it's by a Canadian girl group. It is an R&B song, it is not by Nivea or Mariah Carey's Butterfly. I am exhausted with this any help would be greatly appreciated.

Alicia Keys had a song called "Butterflyz" on her first album that came out around 2001. Maybe this is it?

Also Jojo had a song called "Butterflies" with lyrics similar to those you posted- I don't think it was very popular though.

Thanks for the reply, I have heard Alicia Keys song and JoJo's song, it is not by a single artist. It is a group of girls from Canada. It was a mediocre hit in 2000. The chorus goes something like " butterflies all over me whenever your around, i get this feeling ohh this special feeling that makes me wanna sing." I am at my wit's end. I hope someone can help me.
