My elderly mother is in the hospital with a broken hip. My brother, who lives out of state, plans on coming in and staying at her house, free of charge. When he stayed there last summer, he verbally abused her. My two younger brothers live there. They do pay her and they have witnessed his verbal abuse. How do we stop him from entering her house and staying there. He is very manipulative.

Since the house belongs to your mother ( assumption ) then its up to her to disallow him entry. If she does nothing then there is nothing that can be done.
