How do I find previous tenant?
I have been living in a rented house for a year - over my first winter, one room used a storage area for clothing, camping gear and extra furniture developed serious mold problems. Neighbors tell me that previous tenant had to move out because mold was so bad. Landlord denies any problem and says problem is mine, but my insurance agent says there is roof leak that is quite old, leaking water into walls. Landlord agrees to repair roof, but not compensate for mold damage to personal items. Thought if I could produce a statement from previous tenant that mold has been an ongoing problem, I might be able to recoup my loss. Do not have a lot of money and can't afford to lose these items.
So, how do I find previous tenant? No mail for her here.

Similar.Im in breach of an AVO against my neighbor who apparently has lived in these government prems (NSW)for 30 years and has had breaches and dramas with previous tenants and the law has been kind enough to oblidge this ole again (over lies) and left us no option but to move into a motel until court(go Nowra cops) Would help greatly if I culd find the list of tenants that have had police involvement with neighbor or complaints etc to houso or just a list of previous tenants.
Do I go to council maybe. I'm sure the police won't help as they are the scum in this case and not the crazy neighbor.Pitty the police take things so personly, should getr a life of their own!! But any help would great as we are in situation by someone abusing the system and crying goody2shoes...

When asking questions like this it is helpful to tell us where you're from - I'm guessing Australia (New South Wales), right? What is an "AVO?" Have you asked your landlord for forwarding addresses of previous tenants?
