Help Desk analyst level.
I passed the 1st help desk analyst level 2 interview just the other day. But now they say the HR person will contact me to set up the 2nd interview for this same position. Now I am scared as I thought the interview process was over & I had passed. The 1st set of ques were like this:
What would you do when a abnoxious caller called you?
Can you tell about a experience where you impressed a caller with a technical problem & give a example?
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Can you work on rotating shift/weekends?
What will you bring to our company?
Etc & 1 or 2 more questions like these.
The weird thing is one of the interviewers asked me they require A+ certification for this job, & in my resume I have CCNA,MCSE & BS degree in Computer science. I didn't say anything to the interviewer as I need this job bad. But come one this guy sure can read a resume, & I am over qualified for the position anyway. Why did he ask for A+?? He must be on acid, I am really mad.
What kind of second interview questions will they ask now? Any help appreciated?
